1. General Principles

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer ("you") on www.couturebysouad.com, a company registered in the R.C.S of VAR.

By using the website www.couturebysouad.com and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this document ("General Terms of Sale").

Please read and understand these terms before placing an order. The presentation of products or services on www.couturebysouad.com at any given time does not imply or guarantee their availability at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

We also reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The version of the General Terms applicable to your order will be the one published on www.couturebysouad.com at the time of your purchase.

2. Pricing and Delivery Fees

All prices displayed on www.couturebysouad.com include VAT. Prices may change at any time, but products will be charged based on the current price at the time of order validation, subject to availability.

Promotional items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. The delivery cost for each shipping method is clearly indicated during the checkout process. If multiple deliveries are required, no extra fees will be charged for subsequent shipments.

3. Ordering Process

To place an order:

• Add your selected products to the cart. You can modify or validate your cart at any time.

• Log in to your account or create one if you do not have an existing account.

• Choose your delivery address and payment method. By confirming your order, you accept the General Terms and Conditions in force.

• Once the payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

By confirming your order, you agree to pay the indicated price. Payments are accepted via credit card and Paylib.

COUTURE BY SOUAD does not have access to customers’ banking details.

5. Cancellation and Order Modification

Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation or modification is possible. This includes:

• Color changes

• Adding or removing items

• Changing the recipient’s name, address, or phone number

6. Delivery & Returns

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-4 business days in France and 3-10 business days internationally. In case of unexpected delays, if delivery exceeds 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Return Policy:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted due to the unique, handmade nature of our products.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with proof at couturebysouad@contact.com.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

7. Liability & Customer Support

COUTURE BY SOUAD is not responsible for any damages resulting from product misuse. We are also not liable for internet-related issues such as service interruptions or security breaches.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received by the customer, we cannot be held responsible.
